- What is the return policy?
- We regret that we are not able to accept returns. We will exchange damaged goods if we are given notice within 10 days after receipt of materials, therefore, please be sure to check your materials when you receive them and notify us at info@cssprogram.net or notify your Regional Director asap. Please do not estimate how many students you may have and order studies before registration as we cannot accept returns. Instead, take registration, collect the fees and then at the end of your registration period, place your order and send one check for the total. If you have latecomers who register after the registration period or after classes have started, just order as needed. You may make copies of the next lesson or two while the new student is awaiting delivery of their student binder.
- What is the status of my order?
- We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. During August, September and October we experience a high volume of orders. Your order is shipped in the order it was received. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order reach you. If you have questions please call our toll free 877-228-7830.
- When can I expect my order?

- How can I estimate shipping costs?
You can add items to your shopping cart and click the checkout button, this will bring you the the Order Summary page that will display the shipping costs for your order. You can click on Purchase Items to process your order or empty your card and place your order at a later time. At present we only ship UPS ground. We will be adding additional shipping options in the near future.
- How do you ship? Do I have any choices?
- At this time we ship UPS Ground in the US and UPS Expedited overseas. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time. Please contact us directly if you need additional help.
- How do I fix an error in my order?
- Once we start shipping a product, we process our orders very quickly within 48 hours. Please contact us using the "Contact" button and then choose "Order Information". If you are logged in, you will automatically default to your Regional Director contact. Please scroll up to the top of the list.
- How do I contact CSS or my regional director?
- Use our "Contact" button on the website. If you are not logged in, choose an option and let us know where you are located. If it’s a question for your Regional Director we will forward it on. If you are logged in, clicking on "Contact" will automatically pre-select your Regional Director (by your location).
- I live outside the U.S and am wondering are there any differences to the program?
- There are differences due to the high cost of shipping outside the U.S. Please go to The "Program" link and click on "Classes Outside the U.S." where you can read about the differences. If you are currently in the U.S. you will not be allowed access to this page. You can also go to the "Online Store" and see the specific items available to you.
- I've ordered, now what do I do?
- Check back with us soon. Soon we will have a Class Profile for you to fill out. This will generate a Public Profile for potential students to see in the "Find a Class" feature. This will also automatically generate your own Class Website. From there you will be able to enroll your students in your class, email your group, post messages to your Class Message Board, upload a limited number of files, and allow access to the Lesson resources for your class members.
Study Leader Tools (for Study Leaders only)
- My student doesn't have an email address. Can I still enroll them on the website?
Each student must have their own unique email address to be enrolled. It is not possible to enroll a student without an address. If you have a couple who share an address then you will need to list both of them as one student.
You may want to advise those students who do not have an email address that there are several services that offer free email accounts such as Yahoo and Hotmail.
- Where are the study resources, such as suggested response and lecture notes?
- If you have purchased a Study Leader Kit and created your Class Profile, you will be able to view all study resources. Go to Class Management and then Class Resources Management. Please follow the instructions on that page. In the Study Leader Tools box, click on Class Management and then Class Resources Management, Your class site link appears and you can enable the study resources for your lessons. Please note that the Suggested Responses for the previous class are listed with the upcoming Lecture Notes. When students log in they can click on Study Resources in Student Tools and view or print the additional study resources.
- How do I change the information in my class profile?
Under Study Leader Tools - click on Class Management. Click on Edit Existing Class Profiles. When you are finished editing your class, make certain to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Save Changes".
- How do I create a CSS class?
First, you must purchase a Study Leader Kit from your account. You will be directed to the Class Management page - Click on "Create a Class" and fill in your class information. If you wish to create additional class sites you must purchase additional Study Leader Kits (one Additional Study Leader Kit per class site).
When you create a new class you must disable all "old" classes on your site (i.e., 2007). If you want to copy some or all of the students from your last year's class over to your new class you can do so by following the directions on the website. Be sure to disable your old class after copying the students to the new class so that the old class does not still show on the site and cause confusion.
- Why can't I log in?
- Your previous CSS user name and password are no longer valid. You will need to register again at this new site. If you placed an order previously, your account has already been created. You should have been sent your login information but you may always use the "Password Forgotten" feature. Your username is your email address. If you are still having difficult, please Contact Us at Web Site Issues (end of top menu bar).
- How do I contact CSS or my regional director?
- Use our "Contact" button. If you are not logged in, choose an option and let us know where you are located. If it's a question for your Regional Director we will forward it on. If you are logged in, clicking on "Contact" will automatically pre-select your Regional Director (by your location).
- Why does the screen look funny?
- You may find that the text doesn't start at the top of the page or that it runs together on the right. Please try closing your favorites/history/search bar on the left if you're using Internet Explorer. Also for all browsers make sure you're window is fully maximized. If you are still having problems, please let us know. Use the "Contact" button and let us know what you are seeing, and what operating system, browser and version you are using.
