CSS Team
- Gail Buckley, LHS - Founder & President of CSS
Gail and her husband, Tom are both converts to the Catholic Church. They reside in Charlotte, NC and have two grown sons - Neil and Mike who both live in Boulder, Colorado.
Prior to her conversion and founding the CSS program, Gail was an Executive Search Consultant. In Addition to her work with CSS, Gail serves on the Board of Directors for Catholics United for the Faith, the Steering Committee of the Catholic Leadership Conference, and the Board of Reference for ICare, which is part of the National Coalition of Protection for Children and Families.
In 2009, Gail had a private audience with Pope Benedict XVI whereby she presented him with a CSS study. The Holy Father extended his apostolic blessing on both Gail and the work of CSS. In 2010 Gail was investitured into the Order of the Knights and Ladies of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem, an ancient order under the Papacy.
Gail says her life is dedicated to serving the Lord, especially as the steward of CSS, however, when she has any spare time she enjoys spending quiet time at their condo at Myrtle Beach, SC, reading Catholic books and watching Catholic movies. As for secular activities she enjoys playing Bridge, doing crossword puzzles and an ocassional round of golf.
- Sandra Fountain - CSS Executive Director

Sandy resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband Bob. They have six grown children and several grandchildren. They moved to North Carolina several years ago from northern New York State where she served as Executive Director for the St. Vincent de Paul Society. A member of a vibrant Catholic parish, St. Andrew the Apostle in Apex, she discovered CSS and fell in love with Scripture Study. Her desire to share what she has learned from CSS led her to write, Ever Wonder, a catechetical series which appears in parish bulletins.
- John O'Connor - CSS International Coordinator

John and his wife Catherine have been blessed with 11 children. They reside Des Moines, IA. John relaxes by playing the guitar and singing and writing poetry. John is a "revert" to Catholicism and has a fascinating conversion story. He loves music, and especially likes deep moving songs like "How Great Thou Art." John often shares his organizational talents with his CSS teammates who are very grateful for his helpful charts and documents.
John is also the CSS Regional Director for the Northwest.
- Amy Meadows - CSS Regional Director (Lower Southeast)

Amy and her husband Mellow (aka John) have been married for almost 24 years. Both are retired from the Air Force and are now living in Mississippi. They have 5 grown sons and eleven awesome grandchildren. When hurricane Katrina struck, it changed their lives - and their priorities. Amy decided to leave her job of dealing blackjack at a local casino to work at her church. Her priority and passion now is serving God. After attending Bible studies elsewhere, she decided to start Catholic Scripture Study classes at her own parish. Now, in addition to being a CSS Study Leader, Amy is coordinator of the RCIA program and involved with many other adult formation programs in her community, while at the same time working on her Masters degree in Pastoral Ministry. - Gary Goedde - CSS Regional Director (Eastern Midwest)

Gary resides in Haubstadt, IN with his wife Kristie, one son and one daughter. Gary enjoys four-wheeling and fishing and his hero is Pope John Paul II. His favorite book was also written by John Paul II: Crossing the Threshold of Hope. Gary would rather eat meat loaf or barbequed ribs than lobster or filet mignon. Gary is a life-time member of Catholics United for the Faith (CUF) and loves to share his faith with others. Gary was honored at the 1st Annual CSS conference for his superior service and dedication to CSS.

- Marie Baker - CSS Regional Director (Middle South)
Marie resides in El Paso, Texas with her husband of 24 years, Dave. They have 2 beautiful daughters and 2 precious dogs. Marie was a Youth Minister for 10 years but retired in order to devote 100% of her time to her new ministry - CSS. She is the director for the Life Teen choir in her parish and also a member of a women's vocal four-part harmony group. Aside from singing, her other passion is cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers. That's right - Pittsburgh!! She claims to be their number one fan!- Judi Park - CSS Regional Director (Northeast)
Judi lives in Hampton, New Hampshire, with her husband Charlie. She has been involved in Bible study for a number of years. Several years ago she discovered CSS on the Internet and organized and now leads the CSS groups in her parish. Judi is also active in her parish as a Eucharistic minister and member of the RCIA team. She is a nationally certified court transcriber. Judi and Charlie, enjoy traveling, making nearly annual trips to Disney World with their daughter Elizabeth. They are thrilled that their family has grown with the addition of their son-in-law, Douglas, and the birth of their first grandchild, Harrison.
- Ray Suryadinata - CSS Director for Canada
Ray and his wife Ada started CSS in Toronto, Canada, after attending the first CSS conference at Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2006. Thanks to the enthusiasm of their students and listening to the Lord's call, they were planning to propagate the CSS program all over Canada even before they knew that Ray was going to be appointed as CSS Director for Canada. Ray and Ada received their Sacrament of Matrimony in October 1975. Both retired early from their work at the end of June 2007 so that they may devote most of their time for CSS.
